The Wilmington Sharks were purchased in April 2017 by Jawsome Entertainment, LLC. The owners of Jawsome Entertainment / Wilmington Sharks are Bill Davidson, Matt Perry and Dan Roman. Davidson, Perry and Roman are also principals with National Sports Services (www.nsssports.com), a sports management firm specializing in minor
league and summer college baseball.

The mission of Damax Surf, LLC (a.k.a. Wilmington Sharks Baseball) is to dedicate itself to promoting a safe, fun, family-friendly and exciting atmosphere that allows our fans to create life-long memories. We have laid a foundation that helps us be perceived as, and be, a positive force for the quality of life in the Cape Fear community. As an organization, we, the Wilmington Sharks will achieve this mission by being S.H.A.R.K.S.
