Kinard said, "Everyone in the front office has great energy and charisma. I'm looking forward to becoming part of the team."

Kratky, was born and raised in Morehead City, NC, and is also starting his career with a sports franchise. He graduated from East Carolina University in 2005 with a major in Management Information Sciences. After college, Kratky relocated for a sales position with a multinational, billion-dollar company. "I feel that working for the Sharks is a dream come true, and I consider myself extremely lucky to have this opportunity," said Kratky. After working two years in the Triad area, he followed his heart back to the coast where he found a home with the Sharks.
