The Sharks are 1-4 against the division rival Wilson Tobs this season, including an 0-2 record in the confines of Historic Fleming Stadium. A site that saw Willie McCovey and Curt Flood roll through, has seen the Sharks score just five runs total in the two games in 2009.

Right handed J.C. Casey will take the hill for the Sharks today as he faces the Tobs in Wilson for the second time in two starts. The Missouri State Bear was touched up for four runs on seven hits through six innings in his start on June 19th. Overall Casey sports a 2-1 record with a 2.51 ERA and is holding opponents to a .194 batting average.

Two Sharks have had marked success against the Tobs in the mostly losing causes this season. Jesse Bosnik(St. Bonaventure) is 7-for-16, a .437 average, with four runs scored and four RBI against the Tobs. Meanwhile outfielder Andrew Guerra(St. Louis) has piled up three RBI and scored three runs while hitting .461 against the Tobaconists of Wilson this season.
