Wilmington, NC- In a rematch of Monday's game in Fayetteville, the Sharks dropped their fifth consecutive game to the Fayetteville Swampdogs, 7-1. Seth Laughter was tagged with the loss. "We had opportunities to finish innings defensively and be more of a threat offensively but we just didn't," said Sharks Head Coach Andrew Wright. "Once we decide we are going to eliminate mistakes we will win ball games." The Sharks drop to 7-15 on the season and are set to face Thomasville Wednesday night. Kevin Light will get the start for the Sharks. |
