Wilmington, NC- Behind strong outings from Matt Cox and Zane Petty, the Sharks defeated division rival River Rats 5-2.  Rand Baughman highlighted the Sharks offensive night with three hits, while Tim Fedroff collected two of his own.

The Sharks are on the road at Thomasville, Friday night to take on the Hi-Toms.  Left-hander Kevin Light will take the mound for the Sharks.
