| Sharks Begin Internet Broadcasts this Season |

Wilmington- The Wilmington Sharks Baseball Club fans now have access to listen to game broadcasts over the Internet. Coastal Plain League WebPass delivers any home or away game directly over the Internet to anyone with an Internet connection this season. Fans can chose from three different plans, differing on the amount of access they desire. The Season Ticket package offers fans access to 52 games of their choice, for any combination of team matchups, on any given night. Also with this package, fans can follow every home and away game of the Sharks season for $150. The Book Ticket package is the ideal listening option for fans interested in their favorite team`s home or away games. This package presents fans with access to 26 games of their choice, also for any matchup, for $90. For $5, the Game Day Ticket package allows fans to order the broadcast the day of a particular game for their enjoyment.
To gain access to any of these three plans, just visit the CPL website (www.coastalplain.com) or the Sharks website (www.wilmingtonsharks.com) and click on the WebPass icon. The Sharks home opener will be Thursday June 3rd at Buck-Hardee Field at Legion Stadium against the Wilson Tobs. For ticket or group outing information please call (910) 343-5621. The Coastal Plain League is comprised of 12 teams in NC, SC, and VA with rosters comprised of outstanding college players from across the country. It is one of the nation’s top collegiate summer leagues and is sanctioned by the NCAA and Major League Baseball. |
