On Friday night the Wilmington Sharks beat the Wilson Tobs by a score of 31.  The Sharks scored their three runs in the first two innings.  Wilson had a hard time capitalizing on their hits and left eight runners stranded compared to Wilmingtons one.

Dusty Bensko earned his second win of the season going seven full innings while striking out two and only allowing one earned run.  Kevin Regan and Jeff Moore both came in for one inning a piece and allowed zero runs and hits between the both of them.  Moore earned his seventh save of the season.

Blair Waggett had a lead off homerun in the first inning to put the Sharks on top.  Gordon went one for three tonight with two RBIs. 

The Sharks only have two more home games left this season, one on Tuesday and Wednesday, at 7pm.
