The Wilmington Sharks recently announced the launch of their new, restructured Pupz Club, for the 2009 season. In addition to receiving free admission to all 32 Sharks home games in 2009, members will also receive a FREE Sharks kids club t-shirt, a membership card and regular newsletters from Sharky, the team’s mascot. This free kids club is open to all kids under the age of 12. Kids must be registered by May 15, 2009. To register, please visit Wilmingtonsharks.com or call (910)343.5621. The Wilmington Sharks are members of the summer collegiate Coastal Plain League, the nation’s hottest summer collegiate baseball league. In 2008 the Sharks drew more than 50,000 fans to the “Shark Tank” for an average of 1,650 per game.
