If you want Sharks baseball, July is the month for you.

With a wild win that will not soon be forgot, a clutch knock from a consistent Shark, and of course the gutsiest pitching performance to date, "Shark Bits" breaks it all down for you right here, right now.

Click to get all the inside info straight from today's Sharks Media Pack.

Last Game Synopsis: It took 12 innings, still under three
hours, but the Sharks finally scored the first run last
night and made it count. A walk off single by Andrew Guerra
plated Greg Bachman in the bottom of the 12th to give the
Sharks a 1-0 win. J.C. Casey pitched an improbable ten
innings of scoreless ball, striking out seven. D.J.
Nordquist picked up the win with two innings of relief.

See Your 9 and Raise You 10: Florence starter Brad Raj threw
nine innings of scoreless ball Wednesday night against the
Sharks, a performance only outmatched by the guts of J.C.
Casey who decided to throw 10 innings of scoreless ball.
The righty worked from beggining to extras, his third
outing of 8+ innings on the season. Casey also has a
complete game win to his credit in 2009. The 10 scoreless
frames bring’s Casey’s ERA to a team leading 2.01.

Slim Margins, Late Nights: Last night’s 1-0 win gives the
Sharks just their third victory in a one run contest this
year, the first of a walk off variety. The win is their
first in extras this season, against three losses.

Andrew’s War: Leading up to his game ending heroics
Wednesday night, Andrew Guerra had started 24 of the 30
Sharks contests on the season. In two of the last three
ball games Guerra has come up with a two out RBI, while
notching a base hit in his last four contests, including a
home run and five RBI, giving him 12 RBI on the season.
Guerra provides options in the outfield and infield
defensively for the Sharks.

So Much Baseball, So Little Time: The Sharks are in the middle
of a long stretch of baseball for the month of July. The
club will be in action 16 of the next 17 days this month.
The final 13 of that stretch will see the Sharks playing
every single day. Only three of those ball games will be
against teams outside of the Sharks own CPL South Division.
