Traveling down the coast of North Carolina the Edenton Steamers handed the Sharks their second straight shut out loss, third straight over all, 4-0 Thursday night.

The story became right hander Joe Zeller(Master's College) as he set down the first ten Sharks in a row and surrrendered just three hits through his seven and two thirds innings.

Ryne Harper(Austin Peay) was tabbed with his second loss of the season as he gave up three runs on seven hits through six quality ininings.

After picking up their first hit in the fourth, the Sharks mounted their only rally of the game in the fifth. Kolby Epley(College of Charleston) singled to lead off the frame, then Greg Bachman(Austin Peay) walked still with no one down. Though a two out walk would eventually load the bases they stayed that way as the Sharks were held off the board.

For the Steamers it was the Bill Swanson show as the right fielder went 2-for-3 on the night with two runs scored and two singles.

The Sharks will be back home Saturday night for a Postgame Fireworks Extravaganza. Come for the Sharks and Tobs at 7 p.m. stay for what's sure to be some explosive family fun when the lights go out.
