Two of the first three Florence batters hit home runs as the Sharks fell behind 11-0 and could not recover, falling 15-7.

The 'Wolves would add a grand slam and another solo homer to their slugging total before the night was out. Right fielder Andrew Guerra(St. Louis) hit a three run homer of his own that made it 11-6 but the Sharks would pull no closer.

Adam Schrader(NW Minnesota State) started and was touched up for seven runs including three home runs. The loss moves him to 1-4 on the season. D.J. Nordquist(Southern Polytechnic) made his Sharks debut throwing one inning of perfect relief.

Trailing 11-0 the Sharks picked up three runs in the fourth inning on a wild play. With runners on first and second, Allen King(UNC-Wilmington) singled to shallow center. As a run came home King headed to second, drawing a throw that sailed all the way through the left-centerfield gap and allowing King and Alex Hill(UNC-Wilmington) to score, making it 11-3.

After Trevor Willis(Iowa) and Jesse Bosnik(St. Bonaventure) singled, Guerra played his own version of long ball, notching his second home run of the season with a no doubt blast to left. The second of Guerra's hits on the night made it 11-6. Guerra ended the night 2-4 with three RBI and two runs scored.

Wilmington fought deep into the night, picking up another run in the eighth. King again would spark things with a lead double. He came home on a single by Christian Overstreet(Missouri State) to make it 15-7.

The Sharks next home game will be another "Two for Tuesday" against the Columbia Blowfish. The game starts at 7 p.m. with the gates opening at 6 p.m. Enjoy two for one tickets as well as two for one hot dogs at the "Shark Tank" all night long.
