The Wilmington Sharks of the Coastal Plain League (CPL) announced they are seeking 24 host families for their players for the summer.

The Sharks whose 14^th season begins this May need some help from the community.  They are asking that families or individuals who have a room or two available and would like to have a Sharks’ baseball player stay with them throughout the summer contact their Host Family Coordinator, Laurie Carpenito at (910) 620-7737 or Tracie Matthews (910) 231-2461.

The Wilmington Sharks are members of Coastal Plain League, a collegiate summer league of fifteen baseball teams located in North and South Carolina and Virginia.  The CPL will play a 59 game schedule between late-May and mid-August.
